Our clients are investing in their homes for the long term and spend, on average, between $ 80,000 - $ 120,000 for a medium-sized kitchen/family room completely custom-designed for their lifestyles and built to their exacting needs.
To put it in perspective, at 5 years, that initial investment works out to $ 44 - $ 54 per day. At 10 years, the range drops to to $ 17 - $ 27 per day.
We've also designed and created small galley kitchens in the $ 40,000- $50,000.00 range and entire house projects that vary into the low-to-mid six figures.
We've included investment ranges, except for fireplaces or other rooms which are typically handled as part of a larger project. Please note appliances, plumbing fixtures and specialty lighting are not included (but are installed!)
